At a recent workshop hosted by the Radiotherapy Quality Special Interest Group, MSB Director Carl Jackson shared MSB's experience of designing and delivering patient experience research for NHS England.
The Special Interest Group met to discuss how to improve the patient experience, how to make training for colleagues more effective, and how to gain useful volumes of high quality patient feedback on their care. MSB Director Carl Jackson explained how MSB designed the Congenital Heart Disease PREMs research that MSB now delivers for NHS England. He also shared MSB's best practice approaches to maximise both the survey response rates and the level of detail provided by patients in their feedback. For 30 years, MSB has provided insightful patient experience research to NHS and private healthcare organisations, including private medical insurance providers.
