​MSB has been working with private and retail banks in the UK, USA and Middle East for 30 years.

We specialise in conducting in-depth, high quality research which allows private banks to understand the expectations of their HNW and Ultra-HNW clients, and whether or not those clients are satisfied with the service currently being provided.

Given the importance and financial sophistication of HNW investors, we conduct the research through face-to-face meetings with each client.  Our discreet yet conversational approach encourages clients to speak freely about what matters to them in their private banking relationships, and our knowledge of the banking sector allows us to explore any issues raised in great detail.
