Tamkeen, a quasi-governmental organisation which provides support to aspiring Bahraini entrepreneurs, has received an award for operating the ‘Best Middle East Government Call Centre’. MSB has enjoyed a strong partnership with Tamkeen since 2015, when we were commissioned to help the recently-restructured organisation to achieve a high performance culture.
As part of that programme, MSB’s experienced trainers delivered tailored customer service and relationship management programmes to Tamkeen’s call centre employees. Impressively, the recent improvement in customer service in Tamkeen’s call centre has been achieved against a backdrop of a 27% increase in calls handled in the last year. MSB is delighted to hear that Tamkeen has received this prestigious award and congratulates the organisation on its success.
