Opportunity The management of Shrek’s Adventure – a brand new interactive family attraction located next to the London Eye – wanted to learn more about how visitors viewed the experience and how it could be improved.
Approach MSB conducted face-to-face interviews onsite with visitors to Shrek’s Adventure, allowing our team to provide the management team with valuable insight on why people visited the attraction, how they became aware of it, how long they spent on site, perceptions of value for money and what exhibits appealed most to visitors of different ages and backgrounds.
Impact MSB’s findings were presented in a comprehensive report which included a range of practical recommendations to improve visitor satisfaction still further.
