Liam Randall, Consultant

Liam joined MSB in September 2015 and, in his role as a Consultant,
he supports a broad range of MSB clients in the healthcare, aviation and visitor attraction sectors. Liam assists with the provision of valuable healthcare insight, from patient satisfaction to hospital performance audits and plays a key role in MSB's employee engagement and culture change consultancy practice in the UK and Russia. |
Before joining MSB on a permanent basis, Liam worked with our Executive team responsible for producing detailed patient insight across more than 200 hospitals for a major health insurance provider. In his spare time Liam is an avid squash player and keen follower of politics.
