Jude has an extensive background in frontline leadership within the airline industry. She spent 12 years as an on-board Leader with British Airways plc. At that time she worked both as a Purser and a Cabin Service Director and was therefore responsible for delivery of service excellence on-board BA’s wide-bodied aircraft.

During her time with British Airways, Jude worked as a Learning and Development Consultant, designing and delivering customer service training, interpersonal skills training and leadership training to BA Flight Attendants and other front-line departments within the airline.
Since working with MSB, Jude has delivered a number of consultancy projects with clients including Northwest Airlines, United Airlines, Gatwick Airport, the Palace of Westminster and Delta Air Lines.
