Helen Flack, Associate

Helen is a Training Consultant with 20 years’ experience working with a range of companies, from small businesses to multinational corporations.

She specialises in customer service, sales and management skills, working with staff at all levels within an organisation, from frontline customer service staff to company directors.
Helen has a pragmatic and practical training style which focuses on realistic scenarios and situations.
As a trainer, she identifies training needs, develops training solutions, delivers formal and informal training and evaluates results.

As a coach, Helen identifies development gaps one to one – front-line to senior manager, discusses areas of strength and areas for development, develops an action plan and supports, encourages, motivates and celebrates success.

As a Consultant, Helen identifies and prioritises deliverables & actions, clarifies implications of actions, develops and deploys pilot solutions, drives sustainable results & proves success and shares best practice.

Helen’s recent experience includes design and delivery of a customer service programmes for Barclays and for the Lloyds Bank complaints-handling team.
