Opportunity GPIC, the leading petrochemical company in Bahrain, aimed to develop its emerging leaders.
Approach The client identified 20 engineering graduates – all with management responsibilities - who would benefit considerably from further leadership development.
MSB designed and delivered a programme to give the graduates both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to lead their teams more effectively and to accelerate their own career progression. The leadership training programme was delivered in two stages:
A 4-day residential leadership development programme
A 2-day coaching skills workshop
The training included engaging exercises, role plays and team activities which gave participants the chance to practice new skills and concepts in a safe environment.
Impact MSB received excellent feedback from GPIC management and from those graduates who participated in the training. We are currently in discussions with GPIC about holding more leadership training in future.
