Opportunity The management of Wiltons and Franco’s restaurants wanted to equip managers with the skills to lead their teams even more effectively.
Approach MSB designed and delivered two one-day workshops, with a half-day consolidation session following one month later. The workshops provided managers with the theory of leadership as well as practical examples and advice relevant to a restaurant setting.
The topics covered in the workshops included situational leadership, feedback and coaching, having difficult conversations and communication style.
Impact The workshops and half day consolidation session were very well-received by managers, whose feedback confirmed that they now feel better equipped to manage their teams in the busy restaurant environment.
