Train the Trainer
MSB is very experienced in developing programs that can be taken over subsequently by the client. We will develop trainer notes for each module and run Train the Trainer days as appropriate.
If necessary, MSB can also provide skills development training for the trainers to ensure effective facilitation and group interaction. By the end of such training, delegates will be able to:
- Understand the factors necessary to establish a positive learning environment
- Implement ‘best practice’ techniques for preparing a training session
- Apply training delivery skills including voice modulation, eye contact and personal projection
- Control nervousness when delivering a training session
- Apply a range of hints and tips on using different visual aids
- Explain the difference between training and facilitation
- Apply a range of group facilitation techniques
- Apply methods for handling questions
