Opportunity Following Tamkeen’s restructuring in 2015, MSB was commissioned to partner with the organisation to deliver a High Performance Culture across all departments and levels of the organisation.
Approach MSB’s work aimed to ensure that Tamkeen directors, managers and their teams are focused on delivering service excellence to their customers and stakeholders. We conducted in-depth interviews, focus groups and surveys with directors, managers, employees and customers in order to:
Identify Tamkeen’s strengths and Diagnose areas for improvement
Analyse which of Tamkeen’s values are most important to internal and external stakeholders
Recommend improvements to HR, performance management, training, recruitment and induction
Impact Following delivery of a comprehensive report with recommendations, MSB is continuing to work with Tamkeen to strengthen the organisation’s:
Performance management – redesign of appraisals and KPIs, coaching for senior HR staff
Leadershipskills – design and delivery of a leadership programme for the top 50 Directors and managers; this innovative programme commences in mid-April for the Directors and Senior Managers
‘One-team’ approach – design and delivery of a highly interactive, educational and enjoyable experience for everyone working in Tamkeen - ‘A Day in the Life of Tamkeen’ - an innovative event, the first of its kind in the GCC , which aims to improve employees’ understanding of the work of all departments within the organisation in order to create a ‘one-team culture’ which results in better service for customers
Working closely with Chairman Shaikh Mohammed and Chief Executive Dr Janahi, MSB has recently agreed the next steps of the High Performance Culture strategy following successful completion of the above activities.
