Sandy is a Tavistock-trained executive coach and organisational consultant with a particular focus on leadership psychology, group dynamics, career change and workplace mediation.
He is also an L&D trainer and facilitator on group and inter-personal dynamics such as negotiation, conflict resolution, bullying, occupational stress, diversity, unconscious bias, leadership succession and resistance to change. He has a Master's degree in Leading and Managing in Organizations and an executive coaching qualification (accredited to Senior Practitioner Level), both from the Tavistock.
Sandy was originally a partner at an international law firm, specialising in employment law and executive remuneration. He then worked as a marketing and communications consultant to a series of large organisations in the professional services, financial services, government, telecoms, broadcasting, construction and other sectors.
