Bryn Rettie - Director

Bryn joined MSB as a Consultant in 2008. A graduate of the University of Gloucestershire, Bryn holds a BSc honours degree in Business and Psychology and has written a comprehensive paper on the importance of employee engagement that has since been published.

In previous employment Bryn held the position of HR & Business Development Executive for a leading marketing firm. This included heading up direct projects to improve the overall performance of the workforce, in addition to increasing the effectiveness of initial recruitment.

Since joining MSB, Bryn has become an experienced Management Consultant with considerable expertise in customer service, employee engagement and culture change. Amongst other responsibilities, he leads the market research department where he utilises a wide range of analytical interpretation to provide solutions to our clients. His client experience spans across the public and private sector and includes industries such as financial services, healthcare, education, tourism and airlines.

Bryn has been an integral part of MSB's recent developments in the Middle East and has experience of working with both local and multinational organisations across Qatar and the Kingdom of Bahrain. He also has experience of working with clients within the US and Europe.

In the summer of 2011, Bryn was appointed as a Director and joined the Board of MSB.

Malene Kragh - Account Manager

Mel joined the MSB team in 2007 within the Training department. Her career started in the service industry, managing restaurants across London. Mel eventually took on a role working as a project manager for an NGO procurement agent and subsequently joined MSB nearly 3 years ago as a Project Coordinator.

Mel’s main responsibility is managing the MSB Team assigned to a Training project and to assist with any additional requirements or needs of a client that may arise throughout its duration.

This provides them with immediate, personal and effective service on logistical and administrative issues.

Christian Easdown - Consultant

Christian joined MSB in April 2011 as a Market Research Consultant. He holds a BSc honours degree in Psychology and Criminology from The University of Hull.

Since joining the team, Christian has been involved in a major piece of customer research for one of our long-term clients, The London Eye. In this role, Christian has been responsible for the operations and management of a challenging 14 week research project in addition to the on-going visitor satisfaction research which MSB conducts for this prestigious client.

Christian is also a key player in MSB’s exciting and innovative research project with Bupa and has conducted qualitative patient research in a range of Nuffield Health hospitals.

Christian’s background in Psychology has proven to be useful in the design and analysis of key projects and his highly-developed interpersonal skills have been excellent in building strong client relationships.

Christian has also been involved in several other research projects at MSB, ranging from healthcare to leisure; he therefore has a very good understanding of the importance of customer care development as part of the successful development of an organisation’s business strategy.
