David is an experienced Data Analyst in MSB’s Insight & Consultancy Department.
Using a comprehensive range of analytical and statistical techniques, David provides clients with thorough and far-reaching insight into their business performance. He also manages all aspects of data capture, reporting and quality control, and supervises the client support team.
Most recently, David developed MSB's online portal, a unique tool which allows our clients to view and analyse their customer satisfaction data in real-time.
Before he joined MSB, David held senior positions in the UK’s leading business directory group.
Over a 3 month period in 2011, MSB worked alongside the London Eye to conduct a piece of consumer research focusing on how to improve the customer experience. Approximately 5,000 visitors were interviewed on the capsules themselves. A number of different experiences were trialled, with the London Eye selecting to install interactive touchscreen guides in all 32 capsules.
