Since co-founding MSB in 1988, Brian has worked with major private and public sector organisations in the UK, USA and Middle East. He has helped clients to change their corporate culture, to assess and improve employee satisfaction, and to communicate more effectively with both staff and customers.
Over a 3 month period in 2011, MSB worked alongside the London Eye to conduct a piece of consumer research focusing on how to improve the customer experience. Approximately 5,000 visitors were interviewed on the capsules themselves. A number of different experiences were trialled, with the London Eye selecting to install interactive touchscreen guides in all 32 capsules.
