The CIPD’s bi-annual Employee Outlook report, which is now in its eighth year, has highlighted four areas that organisations should focus on to improve employee engagement.

The CBI has released its annual Employment Trends Survey report on the state of British business. Following feedback from the leaders of 353 large companies, the CBI found that almost half (48%) of organisations see achieving or maintaining high levels of employee engagement as a priority, a rise of 13% since last year.
At some point, many of us have enjoyed customer service from an employee who goes the extra mile, whether that is a flight service attendant offering to take a photo of you and your family or a doctor who comes in on their day off to check on a patient.
