MSB turns 25
On Wednesday 1st April 2012, MSB enters its 25th year of trading – a significant landmark in the company’s history and a time to reflect on times past and on the exciting future that lies ahead.
Managing the Service Business Ltd was established by Joint Managing Directors Don Porter and Brian Hamill in April 1988.
Over the past quarter of a century, MSB has proved itself to be one of the most reputable Customer Service, Employee Engagement, Leadership and People Development consultancies – both in the UK and on the wider international stage.
As Don Porter, one of MSB’s founding Directors observes: “We take pride that our work with leading blue-chip clients across diverse industry sectors has brought us recognition both at home and abroad and that much of our business continues to come from word-of-mouth recommendation from satisfied clients”.

Brian Hamill, MSB’s other founding Director comments: “Our work has taken us to many corners of the globe – from Asia to Africa and from Europe to USA. Firm friendships have been established as the company has extended its international reach. In recent times, we are delighted to have consolidated our position in the Gulf Region through our ‘Leading Change’ Conference held in Bahrain followed by the opening of a local office to meet the needs of our growing client-base within this rapidly-changing and exciting part of the world”.
