360 Degree Research
A common reason for employee disengagement occurs when members of the workforce feel that they are not well enough equipped with the skills needed to achieve a high level of performance in their role. MSB 360 degree research is an effective talent management tool which is used to assess the talent pool within an organisation, and to identify whether employees have the right mix of competencies required to achieve the organisation's aims.
The research works by collecting anonymous feedback on each employee's performance and expertise, from their supervisors, peers, subordinates and themselves. MSB collects the research using a survey approach and is highly experienced at reporting the findings to deliver two major benefits to clients:
