Jennifer is an accomplish L&D professional and executive coach who helps organisation to realise the full potential of their people. She works across all industries and sectors and has particular experience of working with financial services organisations undergoing periods of change and growth.
Jennifer has extensive experience of designing and delivering programmes on behavioural change, communication skills, NLP and sales. Jennifer is motivated by a desire to inspire and develop people, overcoming difficult challenges, personal learning, and working across different cultures. She is regularly commended for achieving great results, for her perceptive insights, personable manner and integrity.
Jennifer previously held senior positions in marketing, product management and consultancy at leading international financial services and IT companies, including Barclaycard, MasterCard and Atos. She began her career working as a fundraiser for the relief and development agency World Vision. She holds a MBA from Cranfield University, has extensive international experience and can work in French and German.

Delivering an extensive five-days sales training programme for managers and sales agents of Qatar Airways through a period of rapid growth and consolidation. This has included providing personal coaching and feedback to participants. The success of this programme and its impact upon business results has been reflected through it being commissioned to run over many years
Design and delivery of a leadership programme and coaching skills programme for newly-promoted managers at GPIC, a petrochemicals company in the Gulf. This resulted in higher levels of confidence of participants in managing teams
Design and delivery of a sales training programme for all client-facing staff at BMI – a start-up bank in Bahrain - having first undertaken an extensive analysis of training needs
Performed a transformational role over several years in a major change programme at Mauritius Commercial Bank – a leading bank in the Indian Ocean, working with all levels of management and staff. This included rolling out change workshops and delivering training in sales and customer service
Delivering a range of ‘soft skills’ training courses (business acumen, change workshops, coaching skills, communications skills, customer care, motivational workshops, sales training, training trainers) for a wide variety of companies across different sectors
Design and delivery of in-house and open courses in NLP to Diploma and Practitioner level.
