Position: Leading Change Consultant/Manager
Early in 2011, MSB will establish its Middle East regional office in Bahrain. MSB is looking to appoint a talented and highly motivated person to head up the office. It is essential that the successful individual has the following experience and skills:
- First class interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in a customer focused business for at least 5 years either in a learning and development capacity or a front line commercial department for a high quality blue chip organisation
- Ability to develop new business and maintain existing clients to a very high level of service
- Speak Arabic and English
- Preferable to have experience of Employee Engagement research and/or Customer Loyalty research
